I tried a cleanse once where I had to use a lot of lemons. I used to hate doing it; it was time consuming and messy. My Cuisinart CCJ-100 Citrus Juicer makes neat, light work of juicing. The juice cone is large, making it simple to juice large and small fruits, though it’s a bit big for some lemons and limes. I love the auto-reverse reamer and fast spin features, which gets the most juice out of the fruist and later, the pulp. Also wonderful is the snap-up spout, which means you can juice your citrus until the mechanism is full, then unlock the spout to pour the juice into a receptacle – no more wasted juice or flooded countertops!
Best of all, while most citrus juicers are made of cheap-looking white plastic, this juicer sports timeless brushed stainless steel housing with sturdy black plastic parts and a handy cord-wrap along the bottom. Some of the parts are dishwasher safe, but I don’t bother with that as cleaning them by hand is easy. This juicer costs more than other electric citrus juicers but it’s well worth it; a sturdy appliance that looks great and will last for years.
