Detox Delayed, A story of juicing detox

Twice a year I go on a vegetable and fruit juicing detox where I use my juicer to make delicious vegetable and fruit juices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I found this great article that gives a personal journal of an experience similar to mine when I do a juicing detox.

I find juicing a lot of fun as you can be very creative with your juicing recipies. The health benefit from juicing is huge and really should be part of everyone’s daily routine.
